At its core, Bulletgirl Jewelry is about empowering women and thereby empowering communities. That’s why we’ve decided to partner with philanthropic organizations that help us achieve this mission. Here, Kristi Schiller, the bombshell Founder and Chairman of K9s4Cops, tells us about her journey, our partnership and what Bulletgirl Jewelry represents to her. Through our ongoing collaboration with K9s4Cops, we support their efforts to ensure that law enforcement is equipped with a trained K9 by their side.

What made you start K9s4Cops?
I was inspired to create K9s4COPs after I saw a local news story about an officer whose K9 was killed in the line of duty while saving that officer’s life. The agency didn’t have the funds to replace their heroic K9, and I knew I just had to make that K9’s life matter. After doing research I learned that K9s cost between $15,000 and $45,000 and are often the first to fall to budget cuts. K9s are highly valuable assets to law enforcement agencies and school police departments. These warrior dogs assist in narcotics, ammunition detection, patrol and arrests. Their senses are vastly more sensitive than their human partners, hearing and smelling danger far earlier. This can make the difference between life and death. I am proud that K9s4COPs has donated over 200 trained K9s across the US and 1 to France and taken over $300,000,000 worth of contraband off the streets.
How has Bulletgirl Jewelry and K9s4COPs partnered together?
Bulletgirl and K9s4COPs partnered together to create two signature pendants bearing the K9s4COPs and K9s4KIDs logos. Now you can look beautiful and proudly show your support of K9s4COPs while helping us raise money to purchase more trained K9s for communities and schools in need.
How do you feel when you wear Bulletgirl Jewelry?
Wearing BulletGirl Jewelry makes me feel fearless and confident that through K9s4COPs I can make the world safer by giving every officer a trained K9 by their side. Guns, firearms or other protection don't do as well as a loyal and trained dog.
